Hello When i ve been offered to, I did not build the university (too expensive at the time). Now that my city is much much bigger and beneficial, i d like to build it. Unfortunatelly, I cannot select it anymore in the toolbar, even if i meet all the requierements by far. Is this a bug? Do you know how to fix that? Thank you guys
