I make a Charter on what Cities can fit as many ~ [To note, you can get as equal Commercial Jobs in the City aswell. So I'm merely stating all Cities that can support there own jobs and residency as such] Small blocks = 200,000 Max. Medium blocks = 600,000 - 800,000 Max. Large blocks = 1,600,000 Max. Although this only qualifies If you don't do It with downloads and with the games default buildings as such ~
