it seems that i cant download anything like only buildings show up,i had a donload 4 a runway pack and it did not work please help

I really need help on making a costom airport. I need to get asphalt runways or concrete, I downloaded the runway expansion pack and i does not work at all. Please help

i would first start with a little street, add homes on each side. This will make it nice. After that place PARKS there. I find parks are most popular near people lol. When then doing so, add bus stops around the areas of high density thus resulting in max usage. In my experience I would leave some open spaces between homes, tend to give open air to sims. I add a school in the middle of the neighborhood, police station (deluxe station), fire dept(large one) and then a hospital or clinic. This all depends on your monthly income. Make sure you have at least 1,000 simoleans coming in every month. Use the cheat code "you don't deserve it" it will unlock all the bonuses in the business gifts. Place the toxic waste dump away from homes,near the landfills and power plants. Add federal prison there too. This should raise your monthly incoming cash. When you have enough, go to the water menu. Click on "water tower" and place it in the middle of the residential neighborhood. Add pipe lines. It is your city so do what you want. Happy building!
