Please don't shout. Two possibilities: Your game isn't patched up to date; you have an unfixed Opera House in your game. There is also the faint possibility that you have acquired the "Phantom slider bug". We need more information. What is the version of your game? Find this by finding the SimCity 4.exe file in your Program Files folder using windows explorer. Hover your mouse over the file and report the version it gives you. If you are not up to at least 1,1,638 you are missing a massive bug fix. Look around and you will find threads that tell you how to acquire this patch. Where did I shout?! I am getting the info when I get home.

Hey guys. I am playing SimCity 4 Deluxe on my PC and for some reason every time I set my police budget as high as it will go or sometimes just normal it always goes back to very low and police go on strike. This problem happens even when I reinstall my game. Anyone know how to get this fixed? Thanks!

Hello. Thanks for reading my post. This is the usual way I get a saved city into my game after I have uninstalled it. Install Simcity 4 Deluxe. Copy MY SAVED Regions into the Maxis folder. Uninstall Simcity leaving regions behind. Reinstall Simcity. then the city is there. Please tell me there is an easier way? Thanks. ~Eric.

Everytime I log out of simcity and then play again later, the funding options change on police/medic/school and the strikes start but I always set it to the highest it will go and it doesnt save? Please give me tips to fix this. PS: Why do alot of my buildings turn black every day? SIMCITY4 Deluxe with patch. Thanks! ~Eric.

I have SimCity 4 Deluxe on Windows 7 64bit and I have played many times and had no problem. Today, about 2 months after I last played I noticed that certain buildings such as ( Minor/Major League Stadium) are not showing when I build them. Also, Open Grass area is not showing and several more as well. I have uninstalled the game MANY times and deleted all files from program folder, clean registry and all that and it still is not fixing the problem. Does anyone have a solution? If Not, how can I COMPLELY unisntall the game so that every trace is off my computer? Thanks!
