I've been able to download many great fillers for roundabouts, however I don't have the plopable roundabouts that are necessary for these fillers to look great, any idea what modd or file i need to download for this?

ok so i managed to get the night lightse to work for the in game but anything that i have downloaded from the STEX wont light up and i dont know why?? I have the update downloaded but when i try to install it says something about the files dont match so it wont install and references simcity 4 EP 1 wich i dont even know what that means. Anyone know how to make the lights come on for imported buildings??
