I'm no expert in this type of stuff, but the tutorials have taught me a thing or two. First of all, what type of density residential do you have? Do you have water for your medium to high density zones? Do you have high demand for highrises?

So, I reinstalled Simcity 4. It's a good game and all, but there are some problems I'd like to address. First and foremost, I cannot place roads. I click the road menu, but the game crashes. Second of all, I installed the supertower center. It just shows up as a box. Third of all, text in the menus doesn't show up. If you could help me address these issues, it would be highly appreciated.
