Hi, and thanks heitomat. traffic is the biggest problem that i have atm, i've built some bus depots at the busiest intersection, whether it be commercial, residential, or industry zones, so far it hasn't helped much, so i am contemplating whther if i should go for subways. pollution on the other hand, is something can't be helped, in my city atm, has some high/heavy industry zones that produces tons of pollution. oh well, eventually i'll let the commercial take over the industry zone, and see if that helps some (tho big roads will still produce some coughing pollutions.)

Well, I myself have just started to play the game, and so far i am enjoying. But i'm a bit curious about when will the commercial towers or residential towers starts to appear? currently i have sim population just well over 40k, there are some small office building, but nothing impressive as of yet.
