So when i play simcity 4, i had this problem: Most of high-wealth residential had a no work zot. I didn't know why this is happened, since my commercial population is much larger than the residential one. I'd look to other forum or discussion about this topic, but for me it doesn't seem work. Anyone know how this problem occurred, and how to solve it? I couldn't stand looking my high-wealth residential tall building being abandoned because of the work commute
