o wow i missed that part (general services -.-) thank you for the help. maybe now i can get a good city going =P lol

I seriously dont get it. what am i doing wrong? I start by making the required homes and jobs. and so everything goes smoothly. but by the time i need gas AND i make the required utilitys to get gas my money starts plummeting. i go from 12k+ to -30k+. should i just focus on my major resource and do trade? not to mention then theres the need for water and waste that hit me at the same time.
