I,m new to the simtropilis forums and Simcity 4, anyway my city has grown large enough that it fills up the whole board but I cant fit any more houses an businesses in so how do I encourage higher density housing, I have zoned all the appropriate land to higher density but not that many apartments and high density housing fill the area, I check the demand levels but there is only a tiny amount of demand for the high density housing how do I raise the demand. I dont care if the houses are rich or poor.
