    I have not bought Cities XL yet, so I apologize if this question has an obvious answer. in the online mode can I limit my "world" to select players? For example, can I have my City deal with and only make contracts with players A,B,and C. And be completely oblivious to all other players? Also, Is there a terrain builder? Thanks, Jeff
