i have been downloading some of the buildings & some of them need the BSC Texture Pack but i cannot seem to find it, when i do find a link on here it just come up blank

hi fellow sim city 4 fans a great site you have here, i found the site from a link on youtube about the money tree anyone know which is the best tree to get, as the ones on the maxis site don't say how much money they will give you (some do but its only a few thousand a month) i want more ! i have also seen that there is so much stuff on here people have created buildings wise THANK YOU to the people who have created them ! i have tried to get NAM ? but the link in the questions thread dosen't seem to work, i just get a page up with lots of things to download, but i carn't seem to find the one with citizens using diffrent ways to work as mentioned in the discption, anyone know where this NAM file/dowload is located ?
