So everything is fine and i'm building my city when all the of a sudden my whole computer locks up. I have to do a hard reboot and I try to start up the game again. It gets to the loading the screen and the game crashes back to the desktop. Does this constantly now. No way to get past the loadings screen. I've tried re-installing and nothing. I'm on my second reinstall now. So now I've wasted 40 bucks via steam for a steaming pile of wasted space on my computer. Can I get my money back?
