  1. adding the cd key to my account- getting this same error allday Your request can not be granted at the moment due to a system error
  2. just fyi, this magically started working for me this morning.
  3. steam pre-order here with no demo account. created a new account but cannt get past this error. unable to 'upgrade' my account with my cd key due to 'servers are offline'
