    You can always add the game into steam manually but you will not be able to download content for the game through steam unless Monte Cristo come up with a deal with Valve. Some games have done this but not many as I imagine it is a very expansive road to take. It essentially means Valve taking on additional distribution costs and bandwidth aside from those who bought the game within the steam system and they won't do that for free.
  2. Are you going to buy Cities XL?

    Myself I will be getting it, for a variety of reasons but mainly because my experience of the demo was a good one. I did feel that the UI needs some work and it was good to see in the interview that they said that is something they are working on. I at a slight advantage with this game compared to some as I have not been a big player of previous city building games so my expectations/demands are probably much lower. I am however a regular MMO person and llike the interaction with many people, even if it is mainly through a chat box (Eve Online and a few others are just like that also). I usedt o play Eve Online and loved the trade elements of the game, something I look forward to exploiting in Cities XL.
