Alright. This website officially confuses me. So, apparently there are some thingies that one can download to make simcity 4 rush hour work better...and apparently there are hints and tips as to how to play the game better. All I have been finding are these really long articles that have lots of acronyms. They make my head spin. I know how to do the basics but I have no idea how to build a successful city. The downloads: What are they? Where exactly can I find them? What do they do? The hints: Are there any step-by-step, simple tutorials on, say, how to initially lay out transportation? Thanks!
