I googled CAM and all the download links were torrent, whatever the hel that is.. so, do you know any place where I can download a valid CAM? I've been searching for it for many hours and couldn't find one.. or do i have to buy it or something? thank you!

And also, I hear that you guys are mentioning industrial... actually, the RCI high tech is very high But the problem is... almost every high tech building in the city is black! When I make a new area for them, the buildings shoot up like crazy and then, "half-die" And it's still with good transportation, water, elec, and the fact that they are almost right beside residential skyscrapers...

See, I did that. I had two tiny-map industrial cities connected to a gigantic residential map, and another two tiny-map commercial-only. Well, the industrial cities thrive, but when the commercial cities became "big", (medium skyscrapers) all commuters dropped by about 90% for some reason, and almost every building I click with the path finder thing says that there's no commuters... but strangely, the buildings don't go black. And I played this for a while.. everyone does have water and elec and no trash.. with good education and such.. also, I connected the two regions with tons upon tons of subways and a highway... but still does that. strange...

I'm new here, so help me out! Every city I build, about 50 years later, after medium-sized skyscrapers and tall residential buildings rise, the commercial RCI just drops. I mean, just drop. All of them. I've been playing Sim City 4 Rush Hour for about a year now, and that has happened to every city I have made. Education is decent; it's not like its horrible. On the chart, it comes out as around 160. Transportation is decent too. Time it takes for sims to go to work is around 70 ~ 100. Also, there's only one city beside the problem city which is like a suburb. (I can't start any new cities beside the problem one because the RCI Commercial on the new city all hits almost rock bottom.) There are, I guess, enough parks and stuff, but I only have the small parks that take one square only. But it's really annoying that every city I make, the commercial RCI drops all around the same time, and after that happens, the city doesn't grow anymore. I tried to raise my population, but it won't grow since there's no jobs. I try to grow the jobs, but it won't grow because there's not enough population! What the heck is wrong? What am I doing wrong? And I don't know how to post an image......... Would like to if I could!
