This happened to me too. Just demolish and rebuild the truck's garages and they'll start working again.

I know. Ambient and UI sounds at 50% are fine, but music even at 100% has very low volume. I'm playing the game music with foobar2000 instead until they correct the issue.

I don't know why, but I can barely hear the background music while playing even with the volume at 100%. Everything else is normal. Music played fine in the beta and in the demo. My specs: Phenom II 710, 4GB memory, ATI 4670, Creative X-Fi and Win7 MSDN RTM x64.
