Well, there is no "designs" folder and all the sub folders below the Data folder in the path (at least in my instatlled game). So, i created the path, created the file and nothing happened (i'm using the 1.0.3.3933 version). Am i doing something wrong?

Hello, Does anyone of you got this issue? It only happened when my cities got bigger. And since the technical support does not answer me anything, i'm kinda lost now. I'm running a C2D P8700, 6GB memory with a nVidia 260M with the 186.81 driver at Vista 64. Already updated DX. So, if you have came up with this and managed to solve it, please, give me any directions. Thanks
