I posted a message in the "Cant find it? Ask Here!" threrad... but for some reason, i cant see past page 28 of posts, and the last post on that page was like 8 days ago... i dont know if it is a bug or what but it has happened on two different computers... So i will just ask again, has anyone seen a lot/mod that enables special roads/streets to have ONLY freight truck and pedestrian traffic? im trying to keep cars out of a specific industrial area, but i need the freight trucks to be able to leave, and i dont want to build a rail system, as the industrial area is pretty deep in the city.

It says its either invalid or already in use. which means im typing it the wrong way or it was somehow used already. Im rele new at this though to tell the truth. I just heard the the plugin magager program was a tool that i could use to modify the properties of lots, like pollution/jobs/ect. I was hoping it would be more usefull than the Ilive reader program, which i just find really complicated, and i cant find the job properties on civic buildings like schools and police stations with that program. In short i just want a program to modify properties of lots and have it somewhat easy to use... at least not have all the values in hex!... i mean i know how to read hex but i dont want to do it all the time you know?

I have had the same problem years ago with sim city 3000... I have two, thats right, TWO copies of sim city deluxe, and i still have both boxes that they came in. One copy was part of the "sim city box" collection. I REALLY want to get the plug-in manager tool that is on the official site... but i have to register my copy of sim city 4. The problem is that the stupid site wont accept either of my serial numbers!! No matter what i try or how i type it in... it just wont accept them! I think i just must be typing it in in the wrong way or something... Can somone who has registered on the official site please give me an example of a serial number so i know how to type it in correctly? Or better yet... a link to the plug-in manager program that is not on that cursed official site! Ugh this brings back annoying memories of when i wanted to upload the super-city that i spent 6 months on SC3... and i couldn't get the darn thing registered!!!

Hello, I'm Looking For A Lot/Mod that allows for special roads/streets that permit ONLY freight trucks and pedestrians. I need such a feature to keep the cars out of certain industrial areas, while letting the freight trucks leave.
