Ok so i played through the tutorial successfully one time and that was it, the other times i tried to figure this out, the tutorial would not let me past the traffic tutorial when you put a bridge between the businesses and the houses even though i followed everything that i was to do.
My issue that i was trying to get to was the point to where due to no freight traffic, the businesses were failing, it says to put an avenue between the businesses and the citylink. I do not understand this at all and is keeping me from enjoying the game. I asked in game and did not receive any response. If someone could explain this to me so i can get past this, that would be great and would really appreciate it.
