Hello Everyone, I'm new to this game and to the Simtropolis community and I'm having a hard time figuring this one out. I've downloaded a few new buildings and vehicles for the game, and I get the "brown box" with "simcity.com" on it. I've read the descriptions and read-me files and they state that there are no dependencies. Is there something I'm missing? Do I need the Rush Hour pack or the Deluxe version of SimCity4? Thank you in advnace.
