  1. Parkers Pool Place

Just a quick response to Lugnuts, they do actually have places like this all over the United States. Permanent above ground pools also are fairly common where I'm from. As far as the lot is concerned, the idea is a good one and the lot looks nice. No dependencies are a plus, but a growable lot with CS jobs would be a nice addition in the future for you.
  2. Interesting Issue with Railroads

I am using the NAM. I'm fairly certain I selected Righthand Drive. I did notice that the cars were moving along on the wrong side of the street though (according to me, anyways). Is there a way I can correct it?
  3. I recently started a new region, and I'm currently working on my first city in that region. My city is currently up to 2500 population, and I noticed some of my industry was having long freight trips, even with road connections in the near vicinity. I've never been good with railroad, and as such, I haven't used it much at all. Despite that, I figured I'd give it another go since I'm starting up again. I placed my freight station then ran some rail over to the neighbor. The rail crossed the one road I have running from my industry to the rest of my town. When I hit unpause, No Job zots popped up on almost every single house. I paused and did my best to figure it out. The conclusion? The rail crossing effectively cut off my industry from my town. The only way to get it back was to get rid of the rail. Any ideas as to what I can do or why it happened? I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. I wasn't sure if it belonged in the technical/bug forum or not.
