Sometimes i just want get some tips on certain things without quitting the game to get to Safari i've tried to minimize but it's not working, i've been told the keys are CMD+M+TABS is there a way to do it?

i'd love to help!! but I'm new with the game.. I'm afraid i won't be much help lol but i live in saudi arabia maybe there's something i can do?
