  1. anyone played citiesxl2012 yet?

I have been waiting for trains and other transit options. Currently I'm still downloading the install for 2012. 97% at the time of this post.
  2. The history of Lynnstone

I was thinking of restarting again, call this a practice run to see if some mods I wanted where working for me. As I tend to not like plopping the buildings myself and letting them zone themselves I will be looking for more lots of that type and maybe have something up in a week.
  3. The history of Lynnstone

Welcome to Lynnstone circa 1900 to 1920. Just a small town built around the tracks. It used many people that worked in the factories to the south. Small communities grew up around this industrial area bringing in more people into the region. Over time this began to grow Lynnstone into a larger town. The old downtown grew up around the tracks. But in time the city began to make a new business center. And it started to grow quickly. We will see how this city grows in the future.
  4. Lynnstone

The city has grown some more. With the current flow of cash coming in and the passing of the highway act the city really started to take off. A lot of the original zoning flaws were addressed, though not all fixed. (There are some patches I had to leave open since the game wouldn't let me zone them).
  5. Lynnstone

Now we will take a look at some of the districts of the current Lynnstone. Here is the overview This is the upper class district. An area was set aside for the main city park. A couple tunnels was built so the people could climb the hill easier. This area is planned for heavy traffic so a great blvd was added. This is the middle class district. This area is the proposed area for uptown or for downtown to grow into. Right now it is an area full of execs. A lot of people here work in the downtown area. This is the working class district. An area full of young people. This area is built on the high land and is set to be the point for growth in the city for the future. Here is downtown. Downtown doesn't have much to offer the city right now. The city counsel is planning on future development here to attract tourists. South of downtown business district. A great city park surrounded by high tech factories is here. Many people living near downtown work here. Here we look at the two towns growing up near Lynnstone. This is being planned as a future annex to Lynnstone as housing for the workers of the business district. This area holds the factories and farms for Lynnstone.
  6. Lynnstone

Welcome to Lynnstone. As of now the city is very young. The city is growing from selling of produce but is starting to gain a reputation as a software producer.
  7. Highway addons for cities xl 2011

I would just like a mod to connect intersections to all bridges. This would allow me to make a highway system I wanted too instead of trying to mess with the MC highway system or use all ground highways with bridges as on/off ramps.
  8. Lorahaven. One of my cities I did a few months ago. Grew the city without any mods or cheats. I did have to allow all buildings after hitting 400k residents to get the downtown area to grow more. Last count was over 600k residents. City ran on 15 bus lines and had one subway line. Major export was agriculture.
  9. [CXL11] Making maps

I would like a map of Seattle for CitiesXL. Fun map to work with.
  10. Seattle transportation Pack (CXL2011)

This zip reports broken. As a Seattlite I must have.
