Hi Everyone I heard that monte cristo gave the cities xl license to some unknown company and i was wondering who it was does anyone know who it is? Do you know if they are going to be releasing Cities XL 2011?

I have heard news that IBM is bringing out the game cityone. I have a few questions about it first of all is it going to be like simcity 4 gameplay where you build roads and look after the residents or is it going to be like sims? Also when is it coming out???
