Another one of Stockholm! This one has the scales though and is centered on the center of the town. Move directory to [My Documents\SimCity 4\Regions] 2. Load up SC4 3. Click [Region]/[Load Region] 4. Scroll down to Stockholm Scale v1.0 (this loads the config.bmp, the layout of the cities in the region) 5. Press [ctrl+shift+alt+R] 6. Browse to [My DOcuments\SimCity 4\Regions\Stockholm Scale v1.0\] 7.
