hello everybody, i have this city of 20,000 people and have 1 elementary school and 1 large elementary school, both correctly funded; i also have a library, but by some strange reason my education in the city keeps in red (bad education), i was hoping it was better by now but it has stuck there. There is a strange little area of my city that has green colored education but its the only part of the city with green education. Do you have any advices to help me improve education???

hello! i have a couple of large police stations with enoguj funding to cover my city, the problem is that even though i have these stations, i still have a lot of crime places with even assaults. My city has around 24,000 people and is growing so i was wondering that maybe i need more stations... but would not it be enough for 25,000 2 large police stations???

I was wondering if agriculture does help your city in some kind of way; has it advantages over industrial? does it worth the big space it takes and the water pollution it produces?

i was wondering which landmark was the most useful to boost commercial development. Can you also tell which other landmarks are useful for other aspects of the game???

hey! i have a problem with dirty industry: i want it to develop into manufacturing or high tech but it has just stuck in dirty. I know that watering the indsutry helps it to develop, but manufacturing wont be replacing dirty that easily, my question is that if ill have to bulldoze all dirty industry in order for better industry to arrive into my city? Can you give me some other suggestions to improve my industrial zones?

that sounds interesting, ill be testing your idea to see results. I have a few questions: have you tried using even higher taxes???, are you having any residential zones in that industrial city??? are you using a mod or is it just normal? -
thanks for your help man. this city is connected to another city and each city has about 25,000 people, both cities have about 8,000 industrial and 5,000 commercial jobs; the city has been growing a lot recentlly and it has been running for about 4 or 5 simyears. I ran the city a little more to achieve around 30,000 residents and i,ve placed college, high school, large elementary school, library and museum services, and the graphs say that the manufacturing is willing to move into my city, this implies my education has risen?

thanks for your advices, but how can i clear the air? i mean... i have a lot of dirty industries so i have got a very polluted industrial zone, so once ive got the required education level how will the high tech or manufacturing industries be able to improve even with the polluted air?
