All those billions of popups playing on full speed. low power or power plant not in good condition = 3-4 in a row Also when a hospital or school needs more funding, you always get a popup saying build more, THEN you get the one to go see the hospital or school on strike. >>> Should of been an option of adviser level of detail. Crash to desktop = fixed with patch, hasn't crashed since(in a very very long time) That's about it.
