You know when you build roads with farms the sidewalks are just dirt. Well now all of my built up areas are dirt sidewalks! How can I get rid of this?

Why is it when i build my roads the sidewalks beside them are dirt. Even when it is build up around the roads the sidewalks are still dirt? What is going on I want concrete! Here is a screen shot: So as you can see the road has dirt and streetlight's and the one way has palm tree's but just grass. Should i just download the street add-on mod will this fix it? https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=1617.60 suggestions?

Yeah i have some mods but i wouldn't download one to make everything farm-like. I took some screen shots i just don't know how to get them on my desktop? -

actually i do have a whole city all built up yet the roads continue to stay dirt on the sides. -
I have a ground highway that came from a bigger city into the next region which is becoming a farming community. Is there anyway i can make the ground highway transfer to a rural highway i've gone through most off the NAM options and there isn't anything that will transfer over to a rural highway suggestion?

yeah i know for like the 4 lane and up it does that but, im talking about the 2 lane one it only connects one side

I've had sim city 4 for a while but my computer crashed and i had to re-install it. I was making a city it had about 1,000 people and i noticed something there are no cars on any of the roads. Even when i build roads you know how those little construction vehicle's that come up and start building they don't even show up. What is the problem here am i missing a file?

Ok i just madea my sim and drove the car and the cars show up now in mayor mode but only when you are in the closest zoom or the second closest zoom. It is not on pause. Where are my setting that i can turn up? i haven't played this in a year so i'm still trying to figure things out.
