    hmm. maybe not now dochan, right now I'm still focusing on suburb buildings. Since im new to BATTING, eventhough I play this game for 4 years now, i need to practice my skills. Maybe I put it as a side project? It really takes time. Need patience!

    thanks lalaz4! One more thing I am suggesting to all Sims in Simtropolis, we should start make green building with garden and trees ONTOP of building, instead of MAKING more ROOF JUNKS.

    Salam! Hye! To ALL BATTERS, LETS START making building with garden ontop INSTEAD of ROOF JUNK. Greener the Better . So, yes, this is my FOURTH Building / Lot ! It is an office that suits the suburban or urban made by me with latest a wonderful design of architecture! Yes! It has No Dependacies! You can find it in landmark menu. This time, I include a landmark building, AND RCI PLOPPABLE with CS$$ 187 Jobs! Thanks to Timmystwin and JayStimson for their suggestions. ~NOTES~ Please take notice that I includes nitelite for this building but it does not show up in my sc4 game because I CANT UPDATE my SimCity4 Rush Hour to 1.1.640.0 But I think it will show up if your SimCity4 is updated to 1.1.640.     THIS COMES YOUR IMAGINATION. There are no front door, there are actually an elevator ON THE LOWEST FLOOR! So the sims can "CLIMB" up. Sim city can't view it from front view. BUT I KNOW. CAUSE I'm the CREATOR.

    lol "fast as a machine". i thought of making roof junk too, but in the place I live, that's how building looks like. Its really rare to see roof junk with that kinda roof. Maybe i should make antenna though. :P
