Will do...yeah I got all my city with water, and taxes are good, and I got over 6000 people. I not asking for huge sky scrappers, but I thought that some apartment buildings would come in...who knows...I will keep building for now. But with so few people, there is no demand for any commercial or industry...all my city is manly residential...I was wondering what tungstun said...maybe the land value is just way too high? I got mayor rating above 120? Don't know how that happened. (I used a cheat at the bigging to give alot of money so that I could build this really cool city, but things are not deveolping like I wished they would.

Oh yeah...sorry. I have zoned for mid to high density in many areas, but no bigger buildsing come in. I even once tried it with extreme demand ordinance, and yet nothing happened.

I have installed a good amount of plugins and modds recently and was wondering if anyone knew of one causing trouble with residential lots not growning...I got a huge demand for them, and when I zone for them they fill right up. But they wont get bigger then a house. I got amazing high land value and such and education all through college. Good healthcare and all that other jazz...anyone ideas? Your help is appriciated
