well i have the demand ordinance and i have for a long time, but now the thing to choose the ordinance and to activaste it, it has dissapeared in the ordinance menu and it is in the plugins, HELP!

no i mean the japaniese population mod, it makes ure population EXPLODE, its not cam coz on CAM u can't get 20m people in a city, btw i have CAM and tbh its not W0W like what this thing Jamie6747 has
