I have a real problem with sim city 4 and i think many players know it. I alaways get the same buildings and lots. A huge number of beautyfull maxi lots never appeared and sometimes you only get one in all the game while you have thousands of others. In results, every cities look sade and insipid. The solution could be to use rewards and ploppable bats from simtropolis but it's not enough... because for growable versions, the problem is the same : the game alaways load the same buildings of simtropolis (bats from STEX, etc...) Is there a solution to escape this damned bug ? I've been looking for a mod that could correct this problem but i haven't found it. For me, the only solution to make a realistic city, with various constructions, is to use cheats ! but it's not funny to play the game this way.
