    So 1.33 meters = 3.28 feet Then 4 meters = 9.84 feet This all makes sense of it all, I am glad I found this information.

    I put it out there to see what could be done to make it better. So far fix the textures,change the size, sound (I only know how to do the plopping sound right now) and one day I will see if I can get it to turn for testing once a month.

    This is my first upload after many years of using other downloaded files. So many great modders out there to choose from my cup was almost full. Really only used in mid-west US cities and I only found one other I thought I would share. No dependencies since I only used SC4 props on a 1X1 Square. Make your citizens fell safe with a park effect of 25 over 2000 tiles. Mostly eye candy only, will for me at least. $1,000 to plop $100 to bulldoze $5 per month park maintenance $5 per month maintenance
