  1. You know what, I am just going to sue the f&^%*ers in small claims court. I paid for their product, they are still a viable earning company, and there was no Date Of Expiration for tech support in any of the documentation that I have for the game. ALL of my emails are bounced back to me, and well that just really miffs me. So ya, I will spend the $40.00 bucks to sue EA Games and Maxis for Consumer Fraud and breech of obligation for the full replacement value of the game times 500%. I will win too. They won't even send a lawyer to fight it. Then I will have a judgment against them, and proceed with collection activity.
  2. I have to say that I sincerely hate the way they set up product registration for this game. Years after originally registering the game I cannot access the god foresaken simcity 4 web site to download the files because I cannot recall my log in name and email address for that account. It tells me my product code has already been registered and still won't let me associate that registration with a new account on the web site. And tech support, no luck there, those SOB's haven't even responded to the dozen or so emails I have sent. At this point I would say that they can go to hell if they ever expect me to buy a new game from them.
  3. NHP Tools suite

I have the latest DirectX drivers and my system is DuoCore processor running WinXP sp2. I have that DLL file and put it in Windows/System folder as directed. The problem hasn't fixed itself. Nothing happens after the spash logo yet it appears to be running according to my system tray.
  4. NHP Tools suite

I have also put the DLL file that is required into my windows system folder
  5. NHP Tools suite

I am sorry if this has come up before. But when I unzip and click on the exe file to run the SEMapper nothing happens after the logo pops up. I am running WinXP sp 2 and SC4rh is correctly installed.
