OK i dont know if this question belongs here and maybe is stupid but i downloaded a lot of thing but still i dont have many of tools and buildings of the videos and tutorials. I have sim city deluxe rush hour, and where i put all does downloaded stuff so they work and i can use it in the game? pls answer.
