I appreciate the review. I realize many of my improvements revolve around photoshop. I just started utilizing photoshop in my cjs, so there is much more to learn. I also have custom building; however, most are custom high-rise commercial. You will see some new high-rise residential in future updates. As for the highways, they may look strange, but I carefully placed them in the most effecient location for commute time purposes.

At what point should one build a major international airport? Is there a certain population you should aim for before building it, or is anytime good for building an international airport.

This is a very fast growing town I just started. It grew from a tiny industrial community to a complex of commercial and larger industrial neighborhoods. Conturga Bason Conturga Bason is a suburb of the City of Delta Forest. It rests west of Garner city and south of Stone River. The suburb is a considerable size with more than 28,000 inhabitants. 10,000 jobs including 3,800 from stores and offices, and factories supporting 8,900 jobs. It is mainly an industrial city. The Conturga Bason station of the Delta Forest Metropolitan Police Dept. is ranked the finest in the area. Educational Institutions This institution is designed for students who already have prospective career tracks in mind, and wish to pursue their careers early. This institution allows them to do that by expanding the traditional academic curriculum

Replies Schulmanator: Thanks, I was on vacation myself, and manage to fit the previous update afterwards. Delta Forest is one of the older set of metropolitan areas. It is the third established regional district in the region behind Harverville and Baltforman City itself. Delta Forest establishment is largely due to its massive industrial districts within Delta Forest city, and Shortmyers. I will present this metropolitan area in sections. This update will focus on the city of Delta Forest. Delta Forest Metropolitan Area Population: 393,455 Cities and Suburbs Delta Forest: 109,653Conturga Bason: 28,553 Garner City: 12,218 Stone River: 48,664 Shortmyers: 44,881 Break Wood: 91,479 Hacker Plain: 58,007 The Delta Forest area feeds directly off of highway-1. It feeds directly off of Baltforman. This highway extends through Hecklerville, and other major districts within the region. The University is the center of the education opportunities within Delta Forest. It is also one of the most selective institutions only accepting 12% of its applicants each year. It is home to a student population of 15,000, and it graduates close to 900 students each year. One of the more prominent industrial districts in the metropolitan area. This is also the district of the highest amount of well paid jobs in the region.

The Baltforman Region has grown exponentially since the last update. The economy has stretched so far east that the Baltforman City can no longer accomodate for the job market on its own; thus there are three additional small, but vibrant metropolitan areas within the region.
