windows 7 ,64bit can play simcity 4 rush hour?

Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, works just fine... Sometimes the graphics get a bit buggy, lines shooting all over the place, but zooming in and out will fix that. If anyone knows a solution to that graphics bug, would be a great help, and yes my drivers are up to date
