  1. SCS Downloads/mods?

    Are there any downloads or mods for SCS? im new so i dont know where much is.. if there aren't any i'd probably go back on sim city 4 i like the 3D on SCS and being able to actually rotate fully.. but it bored me to death.. must be because im tired, i've stayed up all night Crap.
