is thre a way to download cities apart from regions?

i read the readme file, and did what it says, i open and saved the cities, but i clicked on exit region and "save and exit to region" maybe i should've just clikced save? i have like 5 cities in the region im playing, but i also have other regions... do i have to load and save in the other regions too? thanks for the replys and btw about the region creation yes thats what i was talking about thx... PS: is there a way of making bigger city tiles, coz i have the biggest one and i ran out of space

well thats just it... its not working or it doesnt seem to be... how do i check if it wroks? coz i see that hi tech industrys say 60/80 workers or so... one more thing... how do i create custom regions, not maxis kind? hope u can hlep cya
