I have personally been denied insurance by several health insurance companies due to "pre-existing conditions", and make too much money to be enrolled in medicaid, therefore cannot get any health insurance. So this isn't a "one size fits all" situation. Also, one of the reasons I would really like to see this pass is I have heard that this program cannot deny you for insurance, which private corporations do everyday. I would definetly choose the government option; it's reliable. Just looking at how angry people are, and these town halls, it shows that many americans don't want this, and even more don't want the government deciding what to do with 1/6 of the economy in a few months. Yeah, it takes alot of patience to get a large city. I have a city that has several skyscrapers, and that took me about a month, and I'm only getting started. I love to plan ahead, I always terraform what's going to be my main city, then terraform the surrounding cities. After that, I start a negihbor city to help my main city grow faster, and then go into my main city, where I lay down highways and some avenues. After those are layed out, I zone, and then let the city grow, until I have to expand, then I zone some more, adding more avenues, roads, MT where needed. It is expense, but I sorta cheat and get $10,000 from an ordinance I downloaded here, so I don't need to worry about money. Development goes faster once you have a large population, at least in my experience. Make sure you have the population and the demand, and development will go faster.

I do have the Eleiel Sarrinen Tribune building, but to me it's a bit too high-rise for a state building. I could be wrong, but most such buildings I have seen usually spread out more and are lower-rise than that; I'm not sure why, but in some cases I imagine it has to do with public image. In my town, one of the newer buildings was, I believe, designed to encourage public access and visibility of state work going on inside it. It's a large low-rise building with multiple entry ways and a huge interior atrium. Most offices there are like working in a fishbowl, and I think that's deliberate.quote> Very true, although there are some exceptions. Eh, don't really like that one in London, but that former HQ looks nice. But like Ntq$310 said, I'm still mad about it, and it is like renaming the Empire State Building. The Sears Tower isn't just like any old building, it's special to America for two reasons: 1. Sears is a big, well-known American company, and 2. The Sears Tower is the tallest building in the United States. So, the tower itself is almost an American Icon, regardless that it isn't an actual landmark (which it should be), and I guess that's what makes me so mad about it.

Wicky82432: You can run the tram off the avenue; there are plenty of options for tram in road, on road, and just plain tram, although then it's called Ground Light Rail. I also believe the newest version of the NAM as an option for tram in street. Nuclear550: Does the radical mod have any options for rasing demand? You will find it's much easier to get skyscrapers if demand is high.

I have the Buffalo City Hall, and it could easily pass as a state capitol. As for state office buildings, if you want a rather large one, the Eliel Saarinen Chicago Tribune Competition Entry is a good bet.

Yeah, I've never used Twitter, or Facebook for that matter. I'm not that a social person, either, but if I was I might have a different view.

When you downloaded the building, there was a description. Did you look it over carefully? Most of the time, you can find out if the download has dependencies from the description. As for the readme, it should be included in the same folder that the building came in, but don't be suprised if there isn't one; some uploaders don't include one, as all the information needed is in the description.

Yes, it's because of this problem why I never put my landfills in my main city, always in a neighboring one.
