Hi, I would like to know if anyone can help me with a problem I suddenly had with my game. For no reason at all, in the middle of a city, the commercial section of the RCI indicator dropped down as far as it can go. I went to other cities, and it will not change. This ruined all of my existing cities, because all of the commerical buildings suddenly become abandoned, throwing the entire balance of things out of the window. Also as a result, I cannot build new cities very large either, for the same reason as before. Does anyone know what I should do? I tried uninstalling and installing.
