Anyone else having problems with workers not commuting between cities in the region?
I currently have one city composed entirely of residential and
commercial, and a second city composed entirely of industry. The
industry city had residential buildings at one point, but I removed them
all as I thought the workers would commute. I've provided a bus
terminal and park and rides, but I still have no workers commuting.
The other annoying problem I'm running into is that I am unable to build a
train station in the industry city, as it tells me a department of
transportation is required in the region, even though there is one built
in my main city along with a train station.
