Absolutely insane perfection! When Sim 5 comes out, you have to do Vancouver. I am so impressed by how you have gotten around SC4's limitations and managed to build a city where the ugly Diagonal Eyesores and cookie-cutter repetitions don't spoil the illusion. My only complaint -- you need spellcheck. All of this perfection, and then I have to read a threw for a through and a there instead of a their, etc. I know, I know, I shouldn't complain LOL.
