Hi, am very new here so apologies if this is in the wrong place. I have looked in the forum but cannot find an answer to my problem.
ONLY when running Sim City 4 + Rush Hour does my screen shrink and I have a black border running either side of the game area thereby greatly reducing gaming area. When using any other programme this does not happen. I have played with all monitor settings to the best (and limited) of my abilities.
