I have this large city that im playing everything is looks good until... my health and education meter are low!! education is already at the red side and so is the health, how come when in fact their budget are at the maximum level and that i place them properly in every residential area... help

But when I upgrade it to simcity rush hour, it has some problems though, but it did run well when I installed it for the first time, I guess this is the 7th or 8th time I installed the expansion slot and the problems strts to show up, [deleted] Do not discuss acquiring, or using pirated software. tungston

Hi i just recently downloaded a plug in for my simcity 4, they worked but all i can see are this really HUGE boxes with those tiny ribbons on it not the tall skyscraper i downloaded from this site... Hope you can help me guys... thanks a lot.
