I can't seem to figure out how to properly get new regions into my game that I have downloaded from here. I have been to this thread https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=141&threadid=92955&enterthread=y the problem I am having is when I hit ctrl+alt+shift+R I get the dialog box, but I can't open the document folder within it, I can open every other folder within the dialog box but not the folder that has the document I need to load. Any idea what might be going wrong? Thanks
