  1. This may seem like a stupid question, but i have been stuck looking for ordinances for a few hours... Im playing simcity 4 deluxe, and as im reading the posts about ordinances, i realized that im missing some of those in my ordinance list. These are the ones that are missing. Where do i find them. 1. clean air act 2. Pro Reading Campaign 3.Tire Recycling Program 4. Automobile Emission Reduction Act 5. Youth Curfew Act 6. Commuter Shuttle Service 7.Carpool Incentive Program Im having a majoy pollution problem which is caused by traffic, because i only have high tech industry in my city. Thank you
  2. ok.... so i reinstalled the program and put my city back it in. And the missising ordinances showed up. However, i also downloaded the radical ordinance. One problem my city advisor (the woman) started freaking out and popping up in my screen. The message said "Auto Toggle ordinance on: toggle all ordinances" i didnt get want she wanted... and the pop up comes every 30 seconds... annoying. So i uninstalled that modd. BUT, i really liked the special ordinances. Is there a fix to this bug? p.s thank you guys so much for all your help!
  3. is there any way to restore those ordinances that already came with the game?
  4. i haven't downloaded any plug in yet. Im downloading them right now. This is the way the game was orginally. I never had those ordinances
