The only thing now is that it won't work. I'm running from Mint 6 and for some reason windows programs won't open in the archives manager because it thinks they are zipfiles. I try opening it with wine and it just displays, "????1???" and then if I hit cancel it just displays "??????????" and I have to hit "yes" and then nothing...

Dorknob60's post was far more helpful then TV-VCR's. Far less complicated and easier to understand. TV-VCR didn't have to freak out and demand it be locked. This should be made into a sticky because it's hard to find and I'm one of those few Simcity users that are running from Linux and needed it.

Do you of the one were roads and rails can go up off the ground like the elevated highways? I've seen them in screen shots and they seem very helpful. Oh! and how do i get the mods to work? I put them in my plug-ins file but the didn't work. I'm not sure how to do it.

How do you get left turn lanes and stuff like that because the game doesn't come like that. I saw a download on the sim4 site but of course it would download and install but never worked. how do i fix it?!

Well, that's stupid. Having smart people that aren't struggling to make it through life is killing my city?! I've never had this problem all my years of playing, haha. I'll try your advice, thanks.

CS-$ won't build and I don't want dirty or manufacturers because that will hurt my demand for CO. I dunno what else to do... You can raise your HT by raising your population and lowering their taxes. You need high education and other city gifts. It also helps if you build them near parks and away from dirty industry and near neighbor connections or ports. They also require water for the most part.

Yeah, I have just over 330k ppl, around 170k commercial, 90% of my indutrial is high-tech, and I'm making about 6k a month (Low I know.) Anyways, I have about 5 neighboring cities as well. Most of my neighborhoods are rather rich. However, I have hit a cap on all of my commercial especially CO-$$ and CO-$$$. I've tried everything to fix it! I need help because they just won't build but they are complaining that I don't have enough R-$ and R-$$, but if I build more of them then they won't have jobs.
